Arms of Hope

Arms of Hope

This year, we will be participating in the Giving Tree project through Arms of Hope, a Christian care organization that assists children and single-mother families in need and whose facilities include Medina Children’s Home and Boles Children’s Home.

Arms of Hope has asked for donations of gift cards.

The cards will be used by the house parents who reside at the facilities to shop for gifts so that each resident is treated equally and receives gifts that they need or want. Any gift cards donated that exceed the Christmas needs will be set aside to help buy birthday presents for the 250 children who live at Arms of Hope throughout the year.

How you can help:

November 20 and 27: Choose an ornament from the Arms of Hope tree in the foyer. The ornament will have a dollar amount and a specific store on it. There will be a variety of stores and dollar amounts.

By December 11:  All gift cards must be turned in to the Arms of Hope table in the foyer so we can mail them in that week.

Email Liz Fike if you have any questions.

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!
